This blog is the on-line home of The Hillary 1000, a fundraising network born of the efforts of a group of Connecticut women supporting Sen. Hillary Clinton for President. The Hillary 1000 is a growing network of individual supporters of Sen. Clinton’s campaign. Our goal is to raise $100,000 via $100 contributions from 1,000 people. Here is an excerpt of our initial grassroots outreach - with links to our fundraising initiative:

Did you know that Sen. Hillary Clinton continues to lead Sen. Barack Obama in national presidential polls?* Absent from the media narrative is the truth that Democratic Americans favor the known experience and deep talent that only Clinton can bring to the Presidency of the United States.

Let’s put Hillary over the TOP in the March primaries!

Help us keep Clinton’s momentum going!
After Super Tuesday’s victories, Clinton supporters, including over 10,000 new donors, raised $10 million for her in five days. Both Democratic campaigns are unprecedented in their grassroots support. It is up to us to harness the latent energy the Clinton campaign has awakened to bring about the needed and history-making change this country needs.

Our goal is to reach 1,000 donors for Hillary, donating a minimum of $100 each.
Please give as little or as much as you can! Please send this message to your e-mail list, and ask them to give. Help us reach the folks who want to see the end of this debilitating 8 years, and want a talented and vibrant woman to lead us.

Your donation supports the only presidential candidate championing universal healthcare, another milestone in an accomplished strong of “firsts” that decorates Clinton’s 35 years of fighting for women, children and families in the non-profit, private and public sectors. More than any other candidate, Clinton has been “vetted” and proven that she has the mental and spiritual discipline, the knowledge, and the devotion to make a great President.
