Late Nite H1K: Hillary’s Zodiac Profile

I’m reading my copy of The Secret Language of Birthdays. Here’s what it says about people born on October 26, Sen. Clinton’s birthday (excerpts):

Those born on October 26 have a talent for reforming, reorganizing and running all sorts of organizations…Usually filling a leadership role or at the very least an important advisory position, those born on this day have a knack for welding together a smoothly operating unit. … [These] people find a way to put their personal mark on any such endeavor, while still placing the good of the group before all else. They are not, however, fond of sacrificing their private goals or desires and may therefore seek situations where their own personal success is intimately entwined with the fortune of the group.

10/26 pp know what power is, and how it works in society. [...good with money, blah blah blah...] Rarely will they do anything to endanger the long-term prospects of their group and if a great sacrifice is required of them they are prepared to go that far if they believe enough in the cause.

Very intense individuals, 10/26 pp can impress others as fearless. They can on occasion be reckless as well, but usually their emotions and actions are highly controlled and directed. [They can become to hardened and unsympathetic...] an invulnerable stance will ultimately prove a hindrance and should be gradually phased out. …

10/26 people are planners, but also doers. Those in a position of authority do not hesitate to clean house or reorganize a unit from top to bottom, even if they arouse great antagonism. …

Responsibility is an important theme in the lives of 10/26 pp, and they generally adhere to their own firmly established principles. They must be aware, however, of succumbing to power urges and losing touch with their moral center.

And according to The Secret Language of Relationships, HRC is a Scorpio I, born in The Week of Intensity (10/26 - 11/2). She is “truthful,” “discerning” and “single-minded,” but also “hurtful,” “stern” and “self-destructive.” Scorpio I’s have “few equals in attention to detail and applying their powers of concentration to the task at hand.” (I bet I’m one of those equals!) “…their conscience is always powerfully at work. Getting the job down is important to them, but the way in which it is done has top priority.” It talks about how Scorpio I’s are “polarized” personalities (charming yet dark), and “this intensity makes them unlikely to back down from confrontation, so that they often hang in until the bitter end.” (That’s our fighter!) It goes on and on, I’ll spare you the rest. I do like this near final line though: “Of particular note is their sense of humor - they can keep those around them rolling around on the floor.”

Other famous 10/26′ers incl. Francois Mitterand; the former Shah of Iran; Jaclyn Smith, Pat Sajak

Other famous Scorpio I’s: Bill Gates, Dylan Thomas, Sylvia Plath, Kinky Friedman, Larry Flynt, Teddy Roosevelt, Maxine Hong Kingston, Marie Antoinette, Pat Buchanan!

I love the horoscope! I think it enjoyably fills a void since I am not religious. ;) Plus I’m a Virgo (Week of the System Builders), so I’m always looking for feedback and the latest health/new age/neurotic craze. :)

As for that Dream Ticket ideal: a Clinton-Obama “relationship” according to this personology stuff = “Experiencing Rebirth.”  The combo is “generative” but both have to be motivated to come together and serve.  If they do, then LOOK OUT world!
