In the latest Gallup poll, Obama leads Clinton by 10, McCain leads Clinton by 4 and Obama by 3, because of Wright, not because Hillary is staying in the race.
New York Magazine:
Some senior members of Clinton’s campaign are also deeply convinced—beyond spin, beyond talking points, to their core—that Obama would be doomed against McCain. And [...]

Clinton-Obama Race Should Go All the Way:
An elder pro-Iraq War POW torture-victim turned leading Senator vs. either the first African-American or female candidate has the feel of a presidential election of a life-time — the kind that won’t be forgotten for a century. The race should go all the way to the Convention. Let it [...]

Hee hee, BDBlue. Kentucky Democrats line up overnight for tickets to hear Sen. Clinton speak. They exult in having a candidate come so close to “where [they] live” for the first time ever, as well as buy tickets for their friends and daughters because of the historic nature of the campaign.

Tom Watson:
What’s happening to Hillary Clinton is a bad thing for the Democratic Party, and not just because this humble blogger believes she’d make a better president than Obama. And, you know, the infighting will not end until there is a legitimate nominee, basically accepted by both sides - and that cannot happen with either [...]

Middleagemom:
Dear Senator Obama: Why do your campaign and its surrogates keep telling Hillary Clinton that she needs to drop out of the race? What are you afraid of – competing against a “girl”? Come on — don’t be a wimp!
Marc Ambinder:
Are there historical precedents? Well, Democrats like to count every vote. So — [...]
